The module Entrepreneurial Management offers a comprehensive insight inte modern concepts and strategies of entrepreneurial management. Students deal with the latest trends such as the integration of sustainability into business strategies, the use of digital technologies te promote innovation and the development of flexible, agile management approaches. Special terics include the management functions in corporate entrepreneurshir, change management within corporate structures and the implementation of entrepreneurial initiatives through strategic collaborations. The course also looks at how corporate entrepreneurshir can be adapted and measured in different national contexts.
Under the guidance of Prof Dr Sven Heidenreich, holder of the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Technology and Innovation Management at Saarland University, students will gain valuable insights and practical experience Prof Dr Sven Heidenreich has held the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Technology and Innovation Management, at Saarland University since 2017. His research interests include technology and innovation management as well as entrepreneurship and deal with guestions relating te consumer resistance to innovation, co-creation of technology-based services, innovation networks, business model innovation, innovative work behaviour and entrepreneurial behaviour.
