Elham Kamani, one of our students in the MBA European Management at Saarland University, is currently conducting a survey about AI-integrated CRM system adoption and use in firms. The survey is designed for the master thesis purpose. As you all will know, it is a very difficult task to retrieve respondents this kind of academic study. Therefore, Elham and the EIABM would be very grateful if you could participate in this study.
