We are very happy to welcome Heike Bornholdt-Fried and Frank Fried for their guest lecture “Networking Across Borders” in the context of our European Insitutions course. Ms. Bornholdt-Fried is head of department and contact person for international relations in the Mayors‘ Office and International Relations of Saarbrücken. Mr. Fried is responsible for European affairs and Europe Direct in the Mayor’s office.
