Modern data analysis is characterised by a variety of exciting developments, including the application of artificial intelligence, real-time data processing and cloud-based analysis tools. In this module, students are given the opportunity to work on an individual data analytics project, which is scientifically supervised by Jun.-Prof. Dr. Benedikt Schnellbächer and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Sven Heideneich. The projects are developed in close consultation with the supervising researcher and utilise advanced methodological approaches to achieve specific project goals. Topics such as data ethics, self-service analytics and predictive analyses are integrated into the project work. The module encourages independent thinking and independent work and provides students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the application of modern analytical techniques.
