For 30 years, the European Institute for Advanced Behavioural Management (EIABM) in Saarbrücken has been offering the MBA programme “European Management” and has been bringing together managers from all over the world. The study programme is aimed at experienced professionals who wish to pursue a career in the management of Europe-wide or internationally active companies.

With the MBA, graduates acquire the necessary know-how to manage international business, to think across borders and to include cultural aspects in their decisions.

Students learn the basics of management in small groups and acquire knowledge about European regulations, financial management, marketing and operational management. In addition, the focus is also on awareness of cultural diversity and the competences that are crucial in this regard.

The highlights of the MBA include the “International Weeks”: Three of the 15 course blocks take place at a partner university in another country, such as Sheffield in England, Valencia in Spain or Rennes in France, and also in Romania, Switzerland, Russia, Ireland, Brazil and India. In addition to professors from Saarbrücken, renowned guest professors from all over Europe as well as proven experts from the field teach at the EIABM. The quality of the MBA has been confirmed by the Saarland University Quality Passport and the seal of the Accreditation Council.
