Die Europäische Union hat viele unterschiedliche Regularien zum Beispiel in Bezug auf Import und Export von Waren, Rechnungslegungsvorschriften oder auch Hilfsmittel zur Überwindung der Coronavirus-Krise. Welche das sind und was sie für ein erfolgreiches Management bedeuten lehrt der Kurs von Prof. JUDr. Daniela A. Heid, Ph.D.
Prof. Heid ist Dozentin bei zahlreichen Institutionen wie dem European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) in Maastricht, unterschiedlichen Bundesbehörden, Gutachterin und Professorin an der Hochschule des Bundes für öffentliche Verwaltung in Köln. Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte sind Europarecht, Recht des Öffentlichen Dienstes, Tschechisches Recht und nationales und internationales Polizeirecht.
M2-2 European Regulations
The course introduces the legal framework and the basic economic provisions of the EU. The operating approach is a mix of stand-up teaching for the more technical and theoretical subjects, and a series of case studies on topics which are particularly relevant to the business community: the basic legal principles of cooperation and harmonization in the European Union, the four freedoms in the Internal Market and, mainly, competition law in the meaning of mergers, cartels, abuse of dominant positions as well as the European state aid control system and relevant provisions.
